Operations consists of two divisions, Manufacturing and Assembly. Both play an integral part in the overall scope of the Company. Manufacturing is where the units are built and pre-tested before they are shipped to the final destination. All aspects of each unit is fully tested to meet the strict quality standards set forth by the Company. Once a unit is certified ready, it is loaded into containers to be shipped to the clients location anywhere in the world. Once the unit has arrived at the site, the Assembly division goes into action to assemble all the parts to complete the unit then fires the unit up and once again will test all the components to make sure that everything is in proper working order and the unit is ready for production. During the assembly time, our crews train the clients personnel to operate the unit in all aspects including troubleshooting problem areas. When the assembly teams leave, the client has a fully operational unit that is producing oil from waste plastics.
